La Essetre Costruzioni S.r.l. was established in 2004 and immediately started its first residential housing work in S. Palomba, part of the Comune di Pomezia (RM) district. As a result of this parcelling out 116 flats have been built and sold. They all have high-quality finishing and provided comfort and safety supplies.
In May 2008 a second building plan was completed and realized with the building and the sale of 80 housings that include covered and uncovered parking spaces, lock-up garages and cellars, also in S. Palomba, Comune di Pomezia district.
Currently Essetre Costruzioni Srl has a 50% share of the Giallo Parma Srl society, established to build 65 residential terraced house units in the Comune di Parma district.
Finally Essetre Costruzioni Srl, together with other partners, has recently established a new society named “Residenza Bellavista sul Tevere” in order to build 15 housings in Pontestorto, on the Via Tiberina road, in the Comune di Castelnuovo di Porto (RM) district, very close to the Grande Raccordo Anulare motorway.
